The invitation

Connection is the bottom line.

You already do this work. You facilitate, you coach, you lead the hard conversations. What you may not have yet is a proven, ready-to-deliver program with your name on the delivery and real money on the other side of it.

That is what these two days give you. Not a theory. A curriculum, a method, a brand, and the confidence to sell it. Because selling this is not selling. It is relieving pain.

How it works

A little before, two days in the room, and support after.

Before you arrive
  • Read When Work Is Good.
  • Watch about six hours of LPP™ video content on Circle.

For this onboarding, the pre-work stands in for completing a full participant cohort first. We like keeping it flexible, so strong candidates can test out. Whether to require cohort participation going forward is a decision we will revisit after this round.

Day one

Process facilitation and group coaching

  • Using yourself as an instrument for learning. The core facilitation philosophy of the LPP™.
  • How to hold space without being the answer-giver, the hero, or the problem-solver.
  • Designing prompts that pull genuine engagement out of a group.
  • Going first. Modeling vulnerability and connection as the facilitator.
  • The real skill practice: how to intervene, manage silence, handle a disruptive person, and coach to the whole room.
  • Watching me facilitate, so you see how I roll, and reinforce how you want to roll as you deliver this program to your clients.
Day two

Sales and marketing

  • What the LPP™ is, why it is unique, and why it is high-value, said in words a buyer understands.
  • The frame that drives the day: selling is not selling. It is relieving pain for people.
  • Who your buyer is, and how to find them.
  • How to move a prospect from interest to close, with real attention to the hesitation to ask.
After the two days

Monthly community calls for every active licensee. Two things happen there: skill development, where we work live on what is landing and what is not, and community, which keeps the work sustainable and makes the license worth renewing.

You leave licensed to deliver the LPP™ for 2027, with a plan to go live, and a network of peers doing the same work you are.

What you leave with

Four things, packed and ready.

The math is the point. Ten seats at $2,700 is $27,000. Fifty seats is $135,000. One program, delivered as many times as you like, and the license pays for itself in a single cohort.

Who this is for
Path one

Independent coaches and consultants

You have a practice, or you are building one, and you want a proven program to add to what you already offer. The LPP™ becomes a repeatable, sellable engagement you own and deliver under your own name.

Path two

Internal HR and people leaders

You want to build leadership capability inside your organization without renting it from a vendor forever. Bring the LPP™ in-house and deliver it yourself, on your timeline, to your people.

Why now
79%
of employees are not engaged at work (Gallup, 2025).
92%
say emotional and psychological wellbeing at work matters deeply (APA, Work in America).

The only program that actually teaches you how to lead people.

What the LPP™ is built on
Portrait of Moe Carrick in a navy blazer

The work is a design problem, and design problems are solvable.

Most leadership programs treat numbers like those as a marketing pitch. The Leading People Program™ treats them as a design brief. It builds the actual practices people need to lead other humans well, and it builds them inside the daily life of an organization, not adjacent to it.

The LPP™ is grounded in three decades of organizational practice and three frameworks Moe Carrick has refined across hundreds of client engagements. Those engagements are not abstractions. Schilling Cider quadrupled in size and kept its culture scores strong. CaringBridge cut leadership turnover from seventeen to under five. Three books, three TEDx stages, and more than 1.5 million data points sit behind the method you will be licensed to deliver.

i

Leading for Connection

The interior work. How leaders build the self-awareness, presence, and relational range to lead other humans well. The Heart Habit, the Seven Needs of Work, and the practices that make leaders worth following.

ii

Creating People-Centered Systems

The structural work. How to design the agreements, rhythms, and operating practices that let people do their best work. Where the human system meets the operational system.

iii

Building Team Culture and Resilience

The collective work. How teams build the trust, honest dialogue, and shared accountability that hold them together through pressure and change. Anchored by the Wheel of Team Care.

Connection is the bottom line.

Questions

Is this a certification?

No. This is a license. You are not being certified, you are being licensed to deliver a program that is ready to go. You can deliver it right away, under your own name.

Do I need to have completed a full LPP™ cohort first?

Not for this onboarding. You do the pre-work instead: read When Work Is Good and watch about six hours of LPP™ video on Circle before you arrive. We are keeping this flexible for now, and strong candidates can test out.

What about the assessments?

You get wholesale access to Everything DiSC and EQ-i 2.0. If you are certified, you deliver them yourself. If you are not, we provide the interpretive sessions for your participants.

What does the license cost after 2026?

Your 2027 annual license ($750) is included in the $2,500. After that, the annual license renews at the then-current rate. There is no long-term obligation.

What if I cannot make September 17 and 18?

Apply anyway and tell us. We offer this in-person onboarding only now and then, so let us know you are interested and we will help you find the right path in.
